Hi, great notebooks!
Unfortunately, when I tried the amber notebook, I met one error under the cell Concatenate and align the trajectory

ValueError: The topology and CHAIN trajectory files don't have the same number of atoms!
Topology number of atoms 33776
Trajectory: ['/content/drive/MyDrive/1aki_prod_1.dcd'] Number of atoms 41646

Do you have any idea what's wrong with my execution?
