In an effort to reduce the samples from 8,000 to much less to save computation time, space and RAM. We should run the base model at 8,000, 6,000, 4,000, 2,000 and 1,000 samples each with 250 warmup and compare the uncertainty to find the minimum acceptable size.

Also evaluate warmup period to see if that can be reduced.
