可以的，如果是使用这里的代码进行fine-tuning，运行时传入--use_cuda False就可以了 https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/models/blob/release/1.8/PaddleNLP/pretrain_language_models/BERT/run_classifier.py#L103 ，但是相比GPU训练会慢的多
