Reference BoM and missing items issue vs. comparing to all BoMs

Point 4/5 in draft paper (issues section). Issue is that reference BoM is currently used during BoM recon, rather than all items at lattice node. Result is that matches to items in non-reference BoM(s) can be missed. To do:

Some ideas to fix:

• Compare to all items at lattice node
• Stick with reference BoM logic, but compare sub-assemblies combinatorially to non-reference BoMs afterwards to check for matches
