The top bits of hair on Combuskens head are cut off in the front sprite.

This is a known issue with the animated sprite pack the Generation 5 sprites came from. There's other problematic graphics in the pack like it too, such as Grovyle or Glameow, there's just nothing we can do about it, unless another pack of animated Generation 5 sprites exist somewhere.
