Trying to bootstrap tests

Problem

Hi. I am developing a package for pagekit and I am trying to test it. I am using phpunit and I need to bootstrap the application before running the test (autoload all the application classes and instantiate the app class with all it's dependencies). Which file should I use to bootstrap the app before running the tests? Thanks
