Are you using any resistors or any kind of special circuit when connecting the SCT013 to the ADS? Or is each just connected directly to ground and the input?

Directly wired to the ADS inputs with no resistors. Make sure the transformer you use doesn't exceed input voltage limits of ADS. SCT0013 in my project outputs a maximum of 1V @ 30A.

is it possible to keep using the Adafruit_ADS1x15 library by using a non Adafruit ADS module?
