Support Jammy Jellyfish

Describe the Enhancement

As a part of paketo-buildpacks/nodejs#607, support Jammy Jellyfish in this buildpack.

This will include:

• add jammy to the list of stacks in the buildpack.toml and on the dependencies
• test that the yarn dependencies work as expected on jammy, otherwise modify the compilation code to work for both bionic and jammy
• separately update the dep-server to include jammy going forward, and update existing buildpack.toml versions metadata in the dep-server
• test against the jammy stack/builder

Motivation

Needed to create the Jammy Base Builder and Jammy Full Builder.
