Ads erroneously turned off

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You should have set ads off in old web frontend

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I set ads to 100% but -adWhirlReceivedNotificationAdsAreOff: is called in my 
iPhone app. It is probably because AdWhirl config is broken with old 
unsupported setting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone SDK 2.2.7

Yes, this is the effect of a legacy feature. The proper way to turn off 
networks now is to disable each network individually.

If you find this issue in another legacy app email support@adwhirl.com and 
we'll manually adjust the settings.
