[Table] single-click to edit body cells

As noted in the docs, editable table body cells require a double-click to start editing, in contrast to editable header cells, which are single click. It would be nice if body cells only needed a single click, or if there were at least an option for this. I want this mostly for consistency in a table that will have about as many writes as reads, plus (tangential bug report) double-click-to-edit is anecdotally flaky: it takes me anywhere from 1-4 pairs of clicks to get the cell into edit mode (the timing window doesn't cover my apparently-very-fast double clicks).
