Currently, if you have a tag inside of an element that has the large class applied, there is no way to specify that the tag should be small. Setting the property large={false} doesn't work since there are no styles for a tag and the small class: https://github.com/palantir/blueprint/blob/develop/packages/core/src/components/tag/_tag.scss#L27

Current workaround is to hard code small styles for the specific class, but this could break if bp tag styles are updated.
