New ItemList component

Feature request

In the sketch kit, there is an example of an item list with a header and controls.

However, there is no example of how to make this in the documentation. It would be very useful to see how this is done.

Hi @JacksonToomey, it's actually more than just a change to documentation here. We haven't codified this as a Blueprint component yet, so it would have to go through an API design and implementation process. We might add it to @blueprintjs/core in the future, but it's not currently on the roadmap.
