We're currently using new-grid-item for this purpose but it'd be nice to have a dedicated icon

In general, we don't take icon requests from outside Palantir since we have plenty of icons to maintain already. If there's an internal need for a QR code icon, we may add it to the core set at some point. Until then, the existing APIs should allow you to insert your own custom icon SVGs in almost all places where icons are rendered by Blueprint components.
