Bitbucket server 4 support

We are running "Atlassian Bitbucket v4.1.3" and get the message "This add-on is not compatible with your Bitbucket instance. An update for this add-on has already been requested from the vendor."

I have an update that supports bitbucket 4.X over in my fork. Palantir has been really slow to pick up my changes and isn't really prioritizing support, but I am the original author of this plugin and no longer working there, so you might want to follow my fork for updates.
