Add werkzeug.script examples to documentation

It might be useful to have examples in the docs on how to integrate werkzeug.script with Flask, in particular shell and runserver:

If I wouldn't be so unhappy with werkzeug.script I would consider that, but I am planning on rewriting werkzeug.script for 1.0.

I wrote a snippet for usage with zc.buildout and PythonPaste.
It features werkzeug.script.make_shell and werkzeug.script.run, too.
However, the snippet is poorly documented.
