Layout orientation

Hello!
I cant find setting for vertical layout orientation in this version DInterface. Its very useful for stream.
Later im use DInterface v.0.4.1
This version (0.3.1) not have that function, only for runes orientation.
Try to use v. 0.4.1 with current version Diablo Item Display - its not working/

@arturpirojkov please try this pre release https://github.com/Zutatensuppe/DiabloInterface/releases/tag/v0.4.5.PR.2

That version should hopefully work with D2ID again 🎉
Launch that version, go to settings, go to misc, there change Pipe Name to "DiabloInterfaceItems"

The current DiabloInterface uses a different route/format, but now backward compatibility is added and version should work again. The things you fixed are added in DI i think.
