Pandas version checks

  • I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.

  • I have confirmed this bug exists on the latest version of pandas.

  • I have confirmed this bug exists on the main branch of pandas.

Reproducible Example

df.to_sql(df, table, method="mutli")

Issue Description

In version 2.2.0, support for writing to sql using the "multi" method. This was removed because Oracle does not support multi statements.

Expected Behavior

Prepared statements using multiple lines should write given that the chunksize is more than 1.
