Include relative time range control for easy selection start time for getMetricStatistics

Due to the data point limit, I would like to have
Start date from 14 days ago
End date to 7 Days Ago

Start date from 7 days ago
End date to 0 Days Ago

To be able to graphing the 5 minute resolution data from 14 days ago and with issues #7
together can make a robust GUI and export wise tools.
