Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, trying out pandera requires installing it in some environment locally. It would be nice to be able to quickly try it out on a google colab and/or binder notebook

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Create a notebook in pandera/tutorials directory. This notebook should support binder and google colab environments (e.g. this means that dependencies have to be installed in a top-level cell in the notebook for google colab)
  2. Add link badges to the README.md and documentation docs/source/index.rst.
