Ability to receive PMs via pandorabot

Having pandorabot /msg IRC users PM's that have been sent from players in the game would be quite useful. Just today while on IRC I had to speak to a player who was misbehaving in chat, but had to do so publicly instead of privately as I would have preferred to do so (I could not log in with the Minetest client at the time).

Apologies if this has been brought up before or this issue should have been made on another repository.

I started working on a enhancement for the beerchat-proxy (pandorabot in this case) the event-system is currently a bit messy, i might have to rework part of that anyway 🤷
