According to Google : https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/dataset

Information on tabular data including measured variables can be encoded in CSVW

Same for DCAT see DCAT-AP : https://www.dcat-ap.de/def/dcatde/2.0/implRules/#konformitat-zu-bestehenden-standards
