Both imho have a quite restricted (EU only, geo only) scope, similar to B2FIND.
What we would need is to have access to a general dataset search engine or registry such as Google Dataset Search.
But this is impossible because of missing API and the strict Google policy which prevents screen scraping..

There are on zenodo dumps of the whole openaire graph (metadata aggregated by openaire) or the microsoft academy graph. So it would be easy to get those. Through I do not understand what you would like to do with that. Write further sources and mappings to get more metadata?
