Additional info in Server-Info

we are currently planning to implement the monitoring schema in our hpc monitoring tool called myJAM and i have some ideas what should be added
/server-info

• supported feature level / monitoring-schema version
• server typ / implementation name

I think both of these would belong with service info, as long as you have the minimum there you can add whatever other variables you need: https://github.com/panoptes-organization/monitor-schema/blob/main/spec.md#service-info
