这个api支持直接将图片的外文进行翻译
也没每月额度限制，只有每秒请求次数限制。
用这个api就不用既要注册ocr又要注册翻译的api
翻译效果也就一般，但用起来方便
（我自己也写了个相似的软件自用，用的api就是用这个）
就是接口时不时抽风╮(╯-╰)╭，但当个备选api挺好的
（年初的时候抽风了将近3个月）
