Setup:
- Add Betfair cresentials to keys/credentials in the following format username: password:
- Add self-signed certificate pem file (for the certificate linked to your Betfair account) to keys/cert-2048.pem
- Add your Betfair access token to keys/betfair_app_token
- Add a Google Cloud Service account JSON file to etl/gcp/service_account.json
