Bug: Export misses Dec 31/Epoch 310

I attempted an export using:

• Generic CSV
• 2021-01-01,2021-12-31
• All epochs

I noticed the final epoch in the csv was 309. It should have been 310.
Maybe the end date is exclusive, so I tried with an end date of 2022-01-01.
Still had 309 as the final epoch.

If I select 2021-12-01 to 2022-01-31, it does include 310 - so the data is there; it is just missing when the date is too close.
