Alton standard scrolls back to top #48

I've made a simple html file including jquery.js and jquery.alton.js

Really simple example ripped right off the readme.

Problem: After a short interval (~1s), Alton scrolls back up one section until it reaches the first slide.

Any idea as to why this occurs would be appreciated.
