Parse vs Read + Handling Attachments & Body

Hi there -

Thanks for this library, first of all! It is fantastic and made my life far easier - it works like a charm. I have a couple of questions about this implementation though:

1. Can you give me a deeper explanation of the difference between the read and parse methods & the output from each? Trying to identify which is ideal for which use case.

2. Do you have any recommended tools or libraries to parse and structure the HTML or text body of an email? I am fairly certain it will need some element of NLP but figured I'd ask here since it's a related topic.
