Outlook and Thunderbird always open the files as "Plain Text" #28

When I'm using the example code from readme and try to open the .eml file in Outlook or Thunderbird

The email is oppened as "plain text", and never shows the inline picture:
Outlook:

Thunderbird:

Under Outlook the HTML part is used as attachment.
