A strong benefit of the configuration is that you can change at run-time the providers that you want to use in the configuration file and send a SIGHUP signal to Parsec to reload it.

It is only possible if all of the providers can be loaded dynamically. It is currently the case for PKCS 11 one but we nede to provide the same behaviour for the TPM one and Mbed Crypto.

It will also Parsec to be compiled even on systems that do not have those libraries available (it will only fail at run-time).
