Issue while generating user recovery link

Expected vs actual behavior

• Expected: Admins should be able to reset / regenrate user's account recovery link
• Actual: failing with 404 not found error

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Install latest paralus, add a user and click on for reset password for a user
