Is this feature for paramiko acting as a client or a server?

Desired behavior

Hey guys, I just noticed that paramiko is still using sha1 for ssh signature by default.
Consider new standard like rfc8332, would you plan to switch the default algorithm to sha2 or other one.
Similar request as #1735.
