changes:

  • cargo test -p ethcore does not run json tests by default, to run them, you need to specify cargo test -p ethcore --features ethcore/json-tests
  • travis run json-tests, but they are not included in coverage reports
  • travis properly check coverage of ethash and ethcore-rpc
  • fixed travis env variables
