rpc fixes, 434 are passing, 103 tests are still failing

changes:

  • fixed loading test blockchain files.
  • fixed nonce and uncles fields in getBlockByX rpc methods.
  • fixed default rpc Bytes value.
  • rpc methods return Null when queried block is not found.
