The current tool for that would probably be https://crates.io/crates/cargo-semver-checks. It also has GitHub Actions integration. I am not sure though if it really is that useful to us.

So far we have not really had greater use for this. So I am closing until someone comes by and provides us with a good enough reasoning as to why we actually want to have semver CI setup.
