Requirement

There must be governance on data management over the whole data life cycle by DPaW.
Every stakeholder should have input to the data management governance.
The outputs (documentation of governance) must be transparent, accessible, agreed on, versioned, with working examples and use cases.

Use cases

• The WAStD documentation <http://wastd.readthedocs.io/>_ provides comprehensive governance for the whole data lice cycle within the scope of the core turtle team and WAStD's data (strandings, track and nest count, temp logger asset management).
