A feature request by Jean-Francois Camenen in the context of Solfec validation: allow restitution coefficient in the SURFACE_MATERIAL model to be defined as a table [vel0, res0, vel1, res1, vel2, res2...] so that the coefficient can depend on the relative velocity as in the example figure below:
