Cannot Scroll on Parse Dashboard /apps

Environment Setup

MacOS Mojave 10.14.5 (18F132)
node -v v8.9.4

Steps to reproduce

My dashboard has 13 apps, I am not able to scroll down. the problem goes away when I switch the dashboard version to 1.3.3

@yingmu52 it seems that the issue is already fixed in the master branch. Can you please install from master and let me know in the case it does not work?
