CashCow.Quest is a seed stage Venture Capital protocol that aims to faciliate the asyncronous creation of predictable and liquid agreements for both ends of the deal.

Some random reasons:

- people should be able to invest in other people's ideas
- traditional VC is structurally heavy
- VC centralization is a security vulnerability
- speed and turnover inefficiencies
* penalize pump and dump as raison d'etre
* socialized solutions to common needs
* quality of life > capital efficiency: ++likelyhood
* financing non-externalizable or localized (Public) Goods
