Cannot read property 'toString' #26

I followed everything in your documentation but for some reason I am getting the following error -
TypeError: Cannot read property 'toString' of undefined

I have ensured that ffmpeg is installed on my Windows machine because the ffmpeg command works properly in command prompt.
