in the article Configure.WithWeb() is obsolete plus there is a need to change change the article to support general asp.net mvc if possible and not just v3.0

+1 This has come up a few times, most recently in a case https://nservicebus.desk.com/agent/case/7453

I referred a customer instead to the videostore example and the approach it uses.

nope. that info would span any sample talking about IIS and hance should exist in it own page. feel free to raise a different issue to track that
