Add top row to house 3 or 4 posts in parent category for "Important or Key things to know".
Move scrollspy below first row.
Add generic scene at the top under the search.
If category page has no sub-categories it should list tips (posts) the full width of the page (will be the same as the tag.php page).
Fix Spacing and Typography
Add related topics to this pages as well (if possible) to match single.php for related topics.
