It is not possible to open a WBFS partition which is on a FAT32 drive. (with a wbfs folder as required to be seen by by wiiflow)

I have nearly the same issue. Let me explain it in more detail.

I have a harddisk split in two partitions (also for wiiflow), partition A is small and for home-brew stuff. Partition B is formatted as NTFS and contains WBFS files.

Inside QWBFS i can see both partitions on the drive, but as soon as i select Partition B (containing the WBFS files) it results in an error message "Can't open partition".

See attached screenshots below for more details.

Please note that actually QWBFS Manage only handle wbfs partitions even if it can list other partitions type.
So this is not a real issue.
The handling of native partitions (fat, ext etc) is a feature planned for some time now.
Sadly, I do lack of time to work on it for now :/

Ok, to bad it is not going to work soon. Nevertheless, thanks for your answer!

I do understand how having several side projects can be time consuming next to all the actually important things in life. 👍
