TIMELINE: color attribute doesn't change tape in overview event painter

The code is there, but commented out. Perhaps should add an on/off option
for the band.

Fix in trunk rev 1630.
I believe the history of this is that the fellow who switched many attributes 
to css 
rules made the change. I changed the code to not define the div's color if the 
color 
is not defined...that should mean that the css rule will be in force if it is 
not 
superceeded by an explicit color setting in the event or the theme.

Please file another issue if there are problems with using css when desired.
