Cross reference EnvironmentOntology/envo#317

humidity quality, increased humidity, and decreased humidity would be very useful in describing atmospheric materials.

Proposed def.
A quality inhering in a gaseous material by virtue of the partial pressure exerted by the bearer's water vapour content.

"gaseous environmental material" can be sourced from ENVO. As this is usually ENVO:air, one could probably use that to simplify the def.
