First reasonable release of Patoline, although it is still hard to use. Here are some of the latest changes:

• Patoline is now built using dune,
• the package structure has been cleaned,
• GNU make wizardry has disappeared,
• libraries are wrapped (use Typography.Document, Patoraw.RawContents, ...),
• many things have been cleaned.
