Only white noise?

Hi, I must be doing wrong something silly, as the plugin seems to function very well, except for the actual playing of music - I only get white noise. Did I miss a setting that I need in the UI?

Hi, could you provide some logs when playing a Bandcamp stream? They should just be regular MP3 files (44.1 kHz, 16-bit) that any DAC should support.

Do you also have other plugins like FusionDSP enabled?

The Bandcamp plugin used to work fine for me, and since a few weeks, I also get no sound out. It does everything right in the GUI but I cannot get any sound. I uninstalled, restarted volumio and reinstalled but no luck.

Does it happen with every song you tried?
And like I said above, some logs would be useful.

You are on Volumio v3.502. That was a beta version with a bug that causes what you are experiencing here:

You need to update your Volumio to a later version.

This maybe helpful still for people. After a long time with this issue (and updating volumio regularly, so it was not a version problem), I discovered that the playout problem was linked to a feature in the audio settings called "Audio resampling" in playback options. Switching this setting resolved the problem.

(Somehow, the spotify plugin was never affected, but I discovered the same issue popped up with Web radio playout. I have a piano hat, this may or may not be related. Everything works smoothly now.)
