I'm on a clean new install of Drupal and I get this message when I try to enable the module. It also enable all submodules when I try to enable just the Bootstrap Blocks module.

I also have run into this warning when installing the Bootstrap Blocks module.
Not sure how it effects the module's functionality.

It doesn't really affect the functionality at all, however it is annoying. I'm working on a BS3 update currently, updates coming soon.
