Problem with PyYAML

Very good job!
On the other hand, I encountered a problem with PyYAML.
To overcome this problem, I put in build-server.sh:

pip install -U pip typing #pyyaml
and

install the python requirements

#pip install -r etc/pip/dev-requirements.txt
pip install --ignore-installed PyYAML
pip install -r buildscripts/requirements.txt
