Proxy setting not vaildating after software restart

Problem description

1. If I set http proxy through "Settings - Set Proxy" in a session without proxy setting before, this session will connect with this proxy setting.
2. After a restart of a session, the previously set proxy setting is preserved, as seen from "Settings - Set Proxy". But from the Internet connectivity shown in the proxy client software, this session will not connect with proxy.
3. I can let this session connect with proxy by re-setting this proxy again and the page will automatically reload with proxy set.

Note: I use "qv2ray" as the proxy client software and I use a http proxy ("http://127.0.0.1:7891").

  1. Build with command:

     npm install --production --ignore-scripts --no-shrinkwrap

  2. Run with command:

     exec /usr/bin/electron pathtobuilddir/p3x-onenote

• This phenomenon also happens in the AppImage version.
